The Coffee Shop at the Ohio House Motel was a simple, straightforward, cozy, friendly, and dependable Chicago diner. The food wasn't fancy, but always great. The service was laid-back but prompt. The atmosphere was old-fashioned, and like family. We could fill up on the "Deuces Wild" entree which gave us two each of eggs, pancakes, bacon, and sausage for a little over $5.00, and then write about it in the pink 'memories' notebook on the counter. The Coffee Shop appeared out of place in the heart of the city, but we felt right at home when we entered, and we remember that experience with this tee.
